Once again just returned from the best holiday ever. Kokomo is a top class villa with everything you need plus some. From the heated pool and outside bar to all the extras inside the villa, we couldn’t ask for a better holiday. This is why we have booked a 3rd stay at kokomo and hopefully many more after that! Eddie and his daughter Kelly as usual are there at your beck and call. Nothing is too much trouble for them! Con with the taxi bus is on call no matter where you want to go. Couldn’t ask for a nicer group of people to look after us during our holiday. Weather was perfect, the beach was wonderful. We would highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a fantastic holiday. Thanks again Eddie, Kelly and Con, looking forward to next year already 😀😀

We are leaving today after our 2nd stay at Kokomo. We have stayed and holiday’d in lots of different places and villas, this has to be one of the best! The location is perfect, on the beach and restaurants are near by. The males in the family went on a sea fishing trip and loved it!
Eddie the owner is so helpful and makes the holiday less stressful as he makes sure you have all you need for an enjoyable stay. The villa is very quirky, the outside area is amazing with your very own bar. We are returning, with next summer booked already and we’re also hoping to book 2020 summer too!

Been home a week from Kokomo 11 family members including three young children. We all had a fantastic time the kids loved the pool and spent most of their time either in it or on the beach. Eddie and friends were fantastic and couldn’t do enough for you. Would definitely recommend. Location fantastic. Thank you very much for a wonderful holiday and lots of amazing memories.

We were at Kokomo the first time 5 years ago, but now it’s perfect with the cinema and the outdoor area…the kids loved to watch every evening the same film at the cinema. And in the morning they jumped out of bed and go into the pool…we had a great time at Kokomo and Eddie and his family are very lovely and helpful people. We come back!!

This was our 6th year visiting Kokomo and once again the 2 weeks flew by far too quickly. The villa as always is stunning and we received a warm welcome from Eddie, Antoinette, Kellie and Con, within 30 minutes we had unpacked and slipped quickly back into the ‘Kokomo’ way of life – relaxed, happy, stress free and no worries!
Since my last visit there has been a fantastic new sun deck added at the end of the garden that has movable beds to chase the sun throughout the day. He has also created an awesome new fishing kayak which my eldest son took out on its maiden voyage, there is everything you could possibly need for several hours out on the crystal clear warm waters of the med, bit of advice if planning to use this would be to try and get out on it at sunrise as the winds tend to pick up slightly through the day and the views / photos we got of him first thing are brilliant.
I cooked 95% of our meals outside which i have always loved doing and am very excited to hear the plans he has for a renovation to the outdoor kitchen, i honestly don’t know why he feels the need to improve this area as it is great as is but again shows the lengths he will go too to provide the best possible experience for his guests.
This year we ventured out on a couple of day trips and can really recommend visiting ‘Mini Hollywood’ in the Tabernas desert, this is a location that was used to film a lot of the classic westerns with regular shows throughout the day. Included within the admission ticket is access to Oasys Zoo which is onsite and one of the best zoos we have been too. During high season they also have a water park open as well. This place is great value for money.
Wasa wake and cable park is 20 minutes drive away and we spent an hour there attempting the inflatable obstacle course, so much fun and we laughed so much it hurt!
For the explorers reading this please take the time to drive down to Cabo de Gata, this a national park along the coast. We went for a day and could have spent easily a week there, we headed to San Jose and took the 3km dirt track to Playa de Monsul. Gently sloping natural beach with crystal clear waters and breathtaking scenery.
It is real testament to the work Eddie and his team put into the villa and all its amazing features that my entire family count down the days until our next trip. There is something for everyone here and it gets better year on year.

OMG! Kokomo has everything, I mean everything you need for whatever holiday you want… setting is amazing… and after swimming and lazing in pool or sea all day you end the day in the cinema downstairs! Eddie and his family couldn’t have done more to help and are super friendly… thanks so much😎👏🏼

Our third stay at this gorgeous villa and it gets better each time. Perfectly located with so many things to do onsite (pool, bar, hammocks, BBQ, table tennis, snooker and an amazing cinema room!). It’s like it’s a little resort on its own. The new transfer shuttle is a great addition to the service. And the hosts are so helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Thanks Ed, Ant, Con and Kelly for another great stay and look forward to seeing you all again x

Our party of 11 had a wonderful weeks stay at kokomo. The villas location right on the Sandy beach is fabulous. Eddie has created a haven in the garden. We were a large party mixed of all ages & they’re was plenty of space & hidden areas within the garden to have quite time to yourself we also pitched the sunbeds on the beach which was brilliant as it was just a hop away into the villas bar area for a lovely on tap cold beer .
My only complaint a Week wasn’t enough although we are all totally refreshed from our stay. We made a lot of use of the outdoor kitchen which is a lovely area in the evening to be able to cook & everyone be together.. Nothing was too much trouble for Eddie,Con,Antoinette & Kellie who helped with supermarket trips & taxi service. We will certainly try to rebook in the future. Thank you so much for everything.
