We all had a lovely relaxing time at our Kokomo beachfront villa. Most of us had already stayed here in September 2016 and promised ourselves we would return one day. We had plenty of room, the kitchen and outdoor areas were well equipped, we had plenty of towels etc. Eddie had thought of everything we could need for our stay and was an excellent host, thanks to him we had a holiday to remember. A new feature we enjoyed was the home cinema where we had a cinema night. I could not think of a better place to have spent my 60th birthday! Thanks Eddie we will be back!

We arrived a family of 6 adults and two children at Kokomo Beach House for a week’s holiday in June. We had an absolutely wonderful holiday in this amazingly designed house.

Eddie the owner has obviously put his heart and soul into making “Kokomo” a dream holiday for all his visitors. The heated swimming pool is the centre point of the garden which leads straight onto the beach. The poolside bar and outside cooking facilities (gas barbecue, pizza oven and paella cooker) are outstanding, as is the spectacular outside dining table. As night-time falls, Kokomo lights up magically with a brilliant display of outside lighting setting the atmosphere for some late night wining and dining.

Added to this the cool relaxing conversation pit and the very comfortable basement cinema complete with popcorn machine and it all adds up to the best holiday accommodation our family had ever experienced.

We (group of 6) have recently returned from an AMAZING week at Kokomo On the Beach. Eddie our host couldn’t do enough to make our stay fantastic. Any requirements Eddie was more than happy to facilitate. The villa is right on the beach with splendid views looking over the beach and out to sea. We loved the villa and all the amenities so much that we stayed there the whole week, only venturing out for a walk along the beach and supermarket run.

Can’t recommend Kokomo and Eddie enough and we will definitely return.

Loved the property; very quirky, laid back, relaxed vibe. Stunning beach location.The owner was helpful when needed without being intrusive. He went the extra mile when I left behind a box of jewellery and he returned it by post free of charge. I would definitely recommend this place.

Eddie, Con and family were just so welcoming and looked after all of us with no bother at all for anything we needed or requested. We arrived very late but we had everyone there to greet us despite the time !! Con was a legend for waiting patiently at the airport for us to come out and to get on the road too .We came for a familymoon rather than a honeymoon and there was 11 of us. 6 adults ,2 babies and 3 children which travel cots , stair gates and baby beds were all provided which was just super lovely of them to provide. Con was wonderful and so helpful taking us out and about to explore. The villa is so quirky and stunning with so much attention to detail and the location is just amazing . We were checked on regularly and made to feel at home which really made our stay special as we could relax.The babies , children and adults didn’t want to come back home !!!! We will be coming back and telling everyone we possibly can how amazing KOKOMO is !!! Thank you for making our stay memorable and being so attentive x x x The Avondo and Musson clang x x x

Amazing property with so much to do on site. I went for my brothers surprised 50th and although there was around 30 of us there was so much to do in the property itself. From swimming to the amazing Tiki bar, cooking stations outside included BBQ’s, pizza oven and a paella station, games room and a cinema. The whole long weekend was brilliant from start to finish.

A very homely and well thought out holiday villa. If we had brought the children with us I doubt very much they would be bored as there was so much to do and with the beach situated right at the end of the property.

Lastly the owner and his family were very warm and accommodating and were only a phone call away.

I will definitely be going back in the summer and taking the children with me this time. Great accommodation whether your going out to party or if you are on a family holiday.
